The Lead Enterprise Architect will oversee the strategic architecture capability across Infrastructure & Operations and Business Systems, with a specific focus on AI and customer digital experience. Qualifications
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture across IT and telecoms, including Infrastructure & Operations and Business Systems.
- Demonstrable experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, and customer digital experience.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
- Experience with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, delivery methodologies, and governance.
- Degree‑level education in a relevant field; TOGAF or equivalent certification required.
- Experience with large‑scale, complex projects and technology integrations.
