The Lead Enterprise Architect will oversee the strategic architecture capability across Infrastructure & Operations and Business Systems, with a specific focus on AI and customer digital experience. The Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to define and deliver a cohesive enterprise architecture that supports business outcomes, drives digital transformation, and ensures adoption of modern digital and AI standards. They will govern architectural change, ensure alignment with business objectives, and support the successful delivery of innovative technology.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture across IT and telecoms, including Infrastructure & Operations and Business Systems.
- Demonstrable experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, and customer digital experience.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
- Experience with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, delivery methodologies, and governance.
- Degree‑level education in a relevant field; TOGAF or equivalent certification required.
- Experience with large‑scale, complex projects and technology integrations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Commitment to champion digital ethics, security, and sustainability in all architectural decisions.
