The Data Monetisation Manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of various aspects of data monetisation project catalogue e.g partner onboarding, contract management and project delivery, Data Monetisation:

Assist senior manager to set up a Execution factory for Data Monetisation projects

Lead various aspects of new partner onboarding- Contract, Legal, Privacy, DPO, Security approvals

Lead various aspects of new Technology onboarding- Contract, Legal, Privacy, DPO, Security approvals

Lead various aspects of project onboarding- Architecture team, Data team, Developers, Project Manager etc.

Lead execution (delivery) of projects catalogue- Project plan, project timelines, budget, and deliverables of projects

Oversee the implementation of different supporting aspect of data monetisation program e.g Consent program, Data product development program etc.

Maintain project documentation – Use Cases, Project Plan, Project Heatmap etc.

Create a process template which is reputable and transferrable

Manage operations of different projects (post Go-Live)
