As a Construction Coordinator you\βll be supporting the Construction and Civils teams in making sure we get cable in as many customers\β houses as possible. At times we are unable to pull the cable due to underground problems, so we need to excavate/dig up the footway or road for under and over 3M works streams. We need to ensure this work is carried out in accordance with the applications submitted to our local authorities and that all reports of this work are handled and distributed to be completed within a timely manner. Using a catalogue of utility plans, mapping and costing, the team plans every last detail for our contractors to complete the work on site, ensuring that due diligence and health and safety are adhered to in the field as well as budget ownership. The team liaises with five national civils contractors to ensure that blockages and additional plant are completed as requested. They respond to customers\β queries regarding the work required to deliver our services to their property and identify potential opportunities to expand and grow the network.
Who we are The UK\βs fastest broadband network. The nation\βs best-loved mobile brand. And, one of the UK\βs biggest companies too. We put our customers first, making life simpler, smoother, and more joyful. With big ambitions and a brilliant team, we\βre building a more connected future for everyone. Our ways of working: We\βre a flexible-first organisation, because we know people do their best work when they have choice and clarity. To support meaningful collaboration, we ask everyone to spend at least eight days each month connecting in person. That doesn\βt just mean time in the office; it could be team meetings, offsites, volunteering days, cross-functional projects, or away days β anywhere meaningful collaboration happens. What matters is making those moments purposeful, so when we come together, it really counts. Accessible, inclusive and equitable for all.

The other stuff we are looking for
- Experience in managing tasks to budgets
- An excellent communicator with an ability to put over ideas in a clear and logical manner.

- Ability to prioritise work and perform against tight deadlines
- A Customer Centric background
Our goal is to celebrate our people, their lives and everything in-between. We aim to create a culture that empowers everyone to bring the best versions of themselves to work each and every day. We believe the most inclusive and diverse culture makes for a better business and a brighter world.
