This is a senior commercial leadership role where you’ll shape and scale the next generation of Virgin Media O’s growth. As Commercial Lead for Ecosystem and New Ventures, you will own the strategic development of new products and propositions beyond our core connectivity services, taking bold ideas from concept through to launch and scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the strategic development of new products and propositions beyond core connectivity services.
  • Launch and scale new ventures or ecosystem‑based propositions.
  • Build compelling business cases and lead a portfolio of new ventures with full P&L accountability.
  • Work cross‑functionally across product, finance, channels and supply chain, partnering with technology companies to bring differentiated ecosystem offerings to market.
  • Lead a team of innovators to deliver sustainable growth at scale.
Requirements & Experience
  • Significant experience in commercial, strategy, propositions or partnerships roles within technology, telecommunications, content or adjacent sectors.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling new ventures or ecosystem‑based propositions.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience owning P&L and building robust commercial business cases.
  • Advanced analytical capability, including hands‑on financial modeling and performance analysis.
  • Senior stakeholder engagement experience, with the ability to influence and present at executive level.
  • Experience working across emerging verticals such as smart home, health or energy.
  • Background in fast‑paced, ambiguous or entrepreneurial environments.
  • Line management experience or a strong interest in leading and developing teams.
  • Postgraduate qualification such as an MBA or equivalent.
  • Experience representing a business externally with strategic partners or at industry forums.
