Job Overview

By working with various stakeholders in Customer Contact, Finance, and Data support teams, this role will provide support to ensure Customer Contact spend is governed in a way so that revenue leakage is minimised and cost decisions will help to deliver against our strategy.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • High organisational skills to manage the various workloads, often working to tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail when building, reviewing, and analysing differing data sets.
  • Excellent communicator (written & verbal) to clearly articulate to varying audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information across multiple platforms with accuracy, with strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Good at relationship building, able to collaborate with various stakeholders within different functions.
  • A good understanding of commercial and finance in contact centre operations or a similar environment.
