Responsibilities

  • A proven track record in multi-site retail leadership (typically 15-25 stores) or deep experience leading a flagship store with high commercial complexity and people leadership.
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational perfection across your region, using insight, data, and local knowledge.
  • Work cross-functionally with central support teams (HR, Operations, Marketing, Trading, etc.) to land key initiatives and develop future directions.
  • Identify, cultivate, and retain talent - establishing robust leadership pipelines and succession strategies throughout your area.
  • Lead through change with energy and optimism - always focused on what’s next, what’s better, and how we grow together.
