This role is responsible for shaping, protecting and evolving the Virgin Media Business Wholesale brand across all routes to market. It plays a critical role in driving long-term brand equity, reputation and differentiation.
Responsibilities
- The role is accountable for delivering high-impact campaigns, owning the PR strategy, delivering flagship events, overseeing the website, SEO and Paid Social as well as brand governance across B2B and B2B2C audiences.
Required experience
- Extensive experience in brand marketing, PR or communications roles within a B2B, B2B2C or complex organisation.
- Proven experience owning brand positioning and strategy.
- Strong experience delivering brand campaigns, positioning and reputation-led activity.
- Demonstrable experience managing PR, events and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of social, web and digital brand channels.
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to balance brand-building with business outcomes.
- Confident communication skills, with strong briefing, storytelling and presentation capability.
- Previous experience leading and managing teams is essential, with the ability to guide, mentor, and deliver results.
Desirable / Additional
- Knowledge or previous experience of the Wholesale Channel is highly desirable.
- Experience leading or supporting rebrand initiatives highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively across matrix teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience managing agencies and external partners to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience, preferably in marketing, communications or business.
