- Proven ability to drive product adoption and growth through evangelisation and stakeholder influence
- Strong commercial acumen including pricing, margin management, and investment business case development
- Experience leading and developing product managers in matrixed organisations

- Experience working with technology vendor ecosystems (e.g. security, networking, cloud providers), including joint road mapping, commercial negotiations, and co-marketing initiatives
- Familiarity with modern product operating models, such as agile or outcome-based product management, portfolio governance, or scaled delivery frameworks
- Understanding of network automation, orchestration, and platform-based service delivery models and how these can enable scalable, repeatable secure connectivity services
- Experience supporting or influencing go-to-market strategy, including sales enablement, value proposition development, launch planning, and in-life performance optimisation
- Comfortable representing the organisation externally at customer forums, industry events, or partner engagements as a credible subject-matter expert and product advocate
