- Corporate Strategy experience in a top tier TMT business and/or strategy consulting firm
- Understanding of the telecoms market, digital services, and the potential opportunities and threats for the industry
- Track record of developing viable solutions to highly complex business challenges
- Effective leadership of complex, cross-business strategy projects
- Be a trusted advisor to key senior executives, including board members, on complex and critical issues
- Identify different ways for Virgin Media O2 to achieve its strategic goals through alliances and partnerships
