This is a key senior engineering role within our Operations function, focused on keeping our enterprise voice and unified communications platforms running at their best. You’ll play a critical part in supporting and evolving services that underpin O2 Business and wider VMO2 customers, working across core network and hosted voice environments.

You’ll be hands‑on with provisioning, fault diagnosis, software upgrades and complex incidents, while also contributing to change delivery and new product development. Working closely with engineering, test, delivery teams and third‑party partners you’ll help ensure our services are resilient, secure and ready for the future, including participation in a 24x7 on‑call rota.
