This senior leadership role will shape how revenue operations are delivered at scale for our Wholesale businesses. As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will lead a high performing team responsible for ensuring billing, collections and customer account activity is accurate, compliant and customer focused. You will set the direction for Wholesale Revenue Operations, translating strategy into clear operational plans and measurable outcomes. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will drive continuous improvement, strengthen controls and governance, and ensure exceptional service for both internal and external customers, while developing a motivated, results driven team that thrives through change.

Location: Birmingham, Leeds, Sheffield

Qualifications:

  • Senior management experience within billing, collections or a similar revenue operations function
  • Proven people leadership experience managing large operational teams
  • Strong background in revenue operations, controls, credit verification, governance and financial reporting
  • Experience delivering process improvement or large scale transformation programmes
  • Proven ability to engage, influence and challenge senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within telecoms, wholesale or high volume B2B environments
  • Project or programme management experience
  • Strong negotiation skills with customers or third parties
  • Experience managing remote or geographically dispersed teams
  • Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills
