As a Retail Advisor, you’ll be part of a team that delivers exceptional customer service, helping people discover the products and services that suit them best – even if they’ve left their shopping until the last minute. This is a 4-month Fixed-Term Contract to support our busy holiday period, so you’ll need to be available to work across the festive season, when our stores are at their liveliest.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers with a friendly, approachable attitude – even when they’re in last-minute shopping mode.
- Building rapport to understand their needs and recommending tailored solutions.
- Showcasing our innovative products and meeting performance goals during the busiest season of the year.
- Helping to maintain an inviting and organised store environment that’s ready for the festive footfall.
