As our People Change Partner, you’ll be the strategic heartbeat behind our biggest people transformations, guiding the organisation through all kinds of shifts, from restructures and TUPE to M&A and everything in between. You’ll work at the intersection of people, strategy and delivery, becoming the trusted advisor leaders turn to when they need clarity, confidence and a plan that actually works.
You’ll shape our organisational design conversations, co‑create solutions with partners (including TU and Employee Reps), and design smart, refreshingly human change tools and frameworks that help teams deliver brilliantly. Working collaboratively across the People Team, Legal, and wider business, you’ll bring cohesion to complex projects and ensure every change we make is joined‑up, intentional and aligned to the bigger picture. And you do it all with curiosity, confidence and a true passion for helping people through change. This is a role with real impact shaping how O2 Daisy grows, navigates complexity and builds a future where people feel supported every step of the way.
