As an Experimentation (CRO) QA Test Engineer, you will be working in a fast‑paced, ever evolving, fun and friendly cross‑functional squad environment. You are the owner of the testing process and automation, ensuring the testing frameworks and approaches taken are reliable and assuring the high quality of the system. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and issues on newly developed experimentation campaigns as well as confirming the stability of established systems. In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. You will need manual software testing experience along with experience working with Javascript, HTML, CSS, Analytics, Audiences and an awareness of the security risks posed using some software engineering patterns. Your focus will be on building short‑term, robust and flexible test cases and scenarios while balancing automation and manual exploratory testing to help to make the CRO squads’ campaigns as risk‑free as possible.

The must haves:

  • Strong understanding of A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
  • Hands‑on experience testing in modern web environments (e.g., Angular, Java, HTML, CSS, CMS platforms).
  • Experience scripting in languages such as JavaScript, Python, Ruby or Perl.
  • Proficient with operational and incident management tools (e.g., Jira, OpsGenie, PagerDuty, Service Desk).
  • Experience securing applications, platforms, or tooling, and working across multiple cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP).
  • Experience with process automation and enterprise/open‑source monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk/ELK, Truesight, Dynatrace), plus an understanding of network stacks and protocols.

The other stuff we are looking for:

  • Experience contributing to or working within SRE/DevOps‑style practices, including continuous improvement, reliability engineering, and scalable automation.
