Are you an expert leader with a passion for optimising mobile network performance? We’re looking for a Radio Manager to lead our Ericsson North Region optimisation team, ensuring our mobile network delivers the best possible experience for customers.
In this critical leadership role, you’ll lead a team of 28 skilled radio engineers, driving network improvements across all generations of mobile network technology. You’ll take ownership of network performance, working to national critical metrics and Project Beacon targets, while ensuring smooth delivery of upgrades and new infrastructure.
With a strong focus on customer experience , you’ll lead initiatives to enhance coverage, speed, and reliability. This includes leading all aspects of demand analysis, capacity planning, network configuration and optimisation, hotspot management, throughput improvements, VIP customer support, and key city performance — all with a laser focus on minimising customer impact.
