This role is responsible for improving and streamlining the end-to-end scheduling and operational processes underpinning editorial and promotional activity across the TV service.
The position will establish clear, efficient workflows that align editorial, marketing, content, customer education and product feature changes.
Alongside this, the role will support and lead key Product Engagement and Product Marketing activities for TV & Entertainment, helping to drive performance and enhance customer experience.

- Experience in Product management, preferably in the TV & Entertainment space.
- Strong background in operational process improvement, planning, or programme delivery within a media, TV, or digital product environment.
- Ability to articulate complex technical and commercial concepts to a broad range of audiences; from front line to senior leadership
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance multiple priorities, shifting focus based on business impact
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes and frameworks.
