O2 Daisy is seeking a Service Desk Analyst in Peterborough to be the first point of contact for our business customers, handling incidents and service requests with clear communication and a focus on first-contact resolution.

You'll work in a Network Operations Centre environment, support a five-day rotating shift pattern between 7:00 and 22:00 including weekends and bank holidays, and receive full training to build technical capability.
