Join Virgin Media O2 as a Senior Cyber Security Engineer and help protect the networks and systems that keep millions of customers connected across the UK. You’ll join a national team of experts at the forefront of securing innovative, large-scale solutions for our business and public sector clients. While this role involves working from our Peterborough office around twice a week, we offer flexibility and autonomy to balance on‑site collaboration with remote working.

Must haves
- Palo Alto PCNSA certification or equivalent hands‑on experience, including detailed knowledge of Strata Cloud Suite
- Demonstrable track record with Cisco routing and switching technologies, with proven experience configuring and troubleshooting complex LAN/WAN networks
- Proven ability to implement and support complex security solutions and maintain PSN‑P (IL3) compliance (beneficial)
- Ability to work across secure environments and obtain NPPV3 + SC clearance
- Willingness to participate in a 24×7 on‑call rota and provide out‑of‑hours support

- Experience with cloud security platforms and hybrid environments
- Hands‑on experience working under a change process
