The Channel Partner team are a fast-paced business delivering a range of indirect mobile and connectivity solutions to both existing and new customers. Our team manages a portfolio of partners who carry our brand to market, overseeing a significant proportion of our business customers. We are responsible for driving profitable net customer growth and new product penetration. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our commercial organisation, focused on enabling strong performance and sustainable growth across O2 Daisy.

As Performance & Insights Lead, you’ll turn complex data into clear intelligence that helps leaders understand what is happening, why it is happening and what actions to take next. Your work will directly influence forecasting accuracy, commercial decision‑making and how we track progress against our targets. You’ll own performance reporting and outlook processes, bringing together financial, commercial and market insight to tell a compelling story for senior stakeholders. Working closely with finance and commercial leaders, you’ll help shape budgets, identify risks and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in how we measure and communicate performance. This role is for someone who enjoys working with numbers but thrives on influencing outcomes through insight, clarity and collaboration.

Must Haves:

  • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills
  • Proven commercial acumen with experience delivering P&L outcomes
  • Confidence working with senior and cross‑functional stakeholders
  • High levels of accuracy in reporting with the ability to turn data into insight
  • Experience owning forecasting or outlook processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using BI tools such as Power BI, DOMO or MicroStrategy
  • Knowledge of billing and finance systems or processes
  • Background in telecoms or a similar complex commercial environment
