About the role
As a Field Sales Advisor, you'll represent Virgin Media O2 out in local communities, introducing customers to our broadband, mobile and TV entertainment services that can make a real difference to everyday life. Take ownership of your results, targets and earning potential.
You’ll start with a two-week, full-time induction (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm), covering product knowledge, systems and sales skills. Ongoing coaching and peer support will continue once you're out in the field.
This is a full-time, field-based role working 37.5 hours per week, typically between 12pm and 8pm. Shift patterns and expectations will be discussed during the recruitment process.

Previous experience in sales or a target-driven environment is beneficial. If you’re confident, motivated to earn, resilient, comfortable working independently and keen to build your sales capability through training and support, this role offers strong earning potential and progression.
