As a Regional Coordinator, your role is to manage 3rd party supplier orders throughout the provisioning life cycle, dealing with day to day issues, problems and queries as they arise, ensuring that both customer expectations and provisioning targets are met!

Role overview: The role will involve effectively communicating order progression updates to customers and partners, ensuring first class customer service at all times (both internally and externally). The Regional Coordinator will track and update the appropriate system, ensuring up to date notes are available, timely jeopardy management of orders in the work stack, and calling out any issues to ensure the successful delivery of orders.

  • Experience in a customer focussed role, with a demonstrable understanding of great customer service
  • Competence in the use of Excel is a must due to the reporting required in the role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, you'll need to be able to present on calls with external partners and deliver information to a wide range of audiences
  • Methodical with high attention to detail
  • Experience prioritising varied workloads, using excellent organisation skills
