This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping the digital product experience across MyVMO2, with accountability for defining a clear, outcome-led strategy that drives engagement, adoption and customer satisfaction. You will take ownership of the end-to-end product vision across app and web, including platform capability, identity and authentication, and in-life help journeys, ensuring a seamless and intuitive customer experience.

Leading a team of Senior Product Owners, you will set direction across multiple squads, drive delivery against clear priorities and embed a strong culture of data-led decision making, experimentation and continuous improvement. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Technology, Design, Data and Commercial, you will influence investment, balance priorities and ensure the portfolio delivers meaningful business and customer outcomes.

Must Haves – Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience in an equivalent leadership role owning a large‑scale digital product portfolio with clear, measurable outcomes
  • Proven track record leading multiple cross‑functional agile squads across app and web at scale, with full accountability for performance beyond launch
  • Extensive experience shaping and executing outcome‑led product strategy, not just delivery, within complex, matrix organisations
  • Deep expertise in embedding data, metrics and experimentation as core to product decision making and team performance
  • Strong people leadership experience, including developing senior Product Owners and leading teams through significant organisational and strategic change
Preferred – Additional Experience
  • Experience within digital account management, identity and authentication or in‑life customer journeys
  • Strong stakeholder management with experience influencing senior commercial or operational leaders
  • Experience operating within complex, matrix organisations
