Join VMO2’s Fixed Wholesale team as a Commercial Analyst, where you’ll build high‑value commercial propositions that drive profitable growth. You’ll apply strong commercial insight across business cases, P&Ls and technology products, partnering closely with Sales and Partner Success teams to deliver compelling, value‑adding proposals. This role offers exposure to complex, high‑impact bids, the opportunity to build trusted customer relationships, and the chance to influence how our services deliver value.

Qualifications- Demonstrated ability to analyse and apply market, customer, financial and operational data to inform decisions.
- Proven experience planning and prioritising work to balance short‑term delivery with longer‑term commercial strategy.
- Previous experience and success leading senior‑level negotiations and influencing stakeholders to reach commercially effective outcomes.
- Strong commercial and financial skills, including the assessment of profitability, pricing and commercial risk.
- Proven track record of developing and proposing pragmatic, commercially viable solutions to new or complex challenges.
- Confidence to constructively challenge assumptions and proposals, including those from more senior or experienced customers.
- Ability to see the wider view and context of small tasks and to understand why you are performing tasks.
- Evidence of applying proportionate, commercial risk judgement when developing or assessing proposals.
- Exceptional customer‑focus.
