This role is responsible for shaping, protecting and evolving the Virgin Media Business Wholesale brand across all routes to market. It plays a critical role in driving long-term brand equity, reputation and differentiation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-impact campaigns and own the PR strategy.
  • Deliver flagship events and oversee the website, SEO and Paid Social.
  • Provide brand governance across B2B and B2B2C audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and advocacy.

What we are looking for / Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in brand marketing, PR or communications roles within a B2B, B2B2C or complex organisation.
  • Proven experience owning brand positioning and strategy.
  • Strong experience delivering brand campaigns, positioning and reputation-led activity.
  • Demonstrable experience managing PR, events and senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong understanding of social, web and digital brand channels.
  • Commercial awareness, with the ability to balance brand-building with business outcomes.
  • Confident communication skills, with strong briefing, storytelling and presentation capability.
  • Previous experience leading and managing teams is essential, with the ability to guide, mentor, and deliver results.

The other things we are looking for

  • Knowledge or previous experience of the Wholesale Channel is highly desirable.
  • Experience leading or supporting rebrand initiatives highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively across matrix teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience managing agencies and external partners to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience, preferably in marketing, communications or business.
