We’re seeking a Performance Manager to provide insightful analysis and performance reporting across Retail & Field Sales. This role focuses on turning complex data into clear insight, helping the business optimise revenue, improve sales effectiveness, and make informed commercial decisions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Analyse revenue, volume and activity KPIs to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Deliver insight into sales mix, pricing and offer performance, supporting commercial strategy.
  • Develop clear dashboards, reports and presentations that support performance improvement.
  • Present performance insight to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decisions.
  • Use Tableau and other analytics tools to understand and explain performance drivers.

About You:

  • Highly analytical, with experience in performance analysis, insight, or commercial reporting.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to communicate data clearly.
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders across Sales and Commercial teams.
