This is an exciting opportunity to shape how our organisation is designed and how it evolves. As an Organisational Development Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of organisation design and development strategies that enable a high‑performing, agile and effective business. You will play a key role in aligning how teams are structured and operate to deliver against strategic priorities. Working closely with senior leaders, People Business Partners and cross‑functional teams, you will diagnose organisational challenges, design impactful interventions and support the delivery of major transformation programmes. From facilitating workshops and advising on change approaches to embedding best practice and building capability, you will influence how the organisation adapts, grows and succeeds.

The must haves:

  • Strong expertise and experience of the theory and practices of organisation design and development
  • Knowledge and practical application of developing and deploying good practice org development work across large functions
  • Consulting skills, able to diagnose issues, frame complex solutions & devise solutions
  • Stakeholder Management – ability to influence, contract and manage senior leaders and influential stakeholders, with subject matter expertise and personal impact
  • Expert facilitation – ability to facilitate challenging topics and stakeholders
  • Change Management – experience with delivering large scale and transformative organisation change
  • Matrix management and leadership – ability to establish and operate a cohesive project / squad team to deliver projects and workstreams

  • Experience in team or leadership development and coaching
  • Exposure to agile transformation within a large enterprise environment
  • Knowledge of workflow or process design
  • Experience in workforce strategy or planning
  • Project or programme management capability
