At Virgin Media O2, we're looking for a Head of Content, Value Added Services to join our dynamic TV & Entertainment team and lead our day‐to‐day relationship with one of our largest SVOD partners. This role owns the full commercial agenda for this partnership, as well as the technical integrations required to support our billing capabilities. A key part of the role is to oversee all SVOD billing integrations across Virgin Media. This includes managing the annual CapEx budget, working closely with cross‐functional delivery teams, and ensuring every integration lands on time and within budget.
You will also lead our research and data analytics function within TV & Entertainment, with the team reporting directly into this position. This is a pivotal leadership role working with one of the world's most influential entertainment brands. You'll be responsible for maximising the value of our partnerships to drive long‐term growth and profitability for the business. You will act as a strategic thought leader, collaborating closely with our commercial, product, and delivery teams. Externally, you'll build strong relationships with senior and executive stakeholders across partner organisations, helping us deliver on our ambition to become the UK's entertainment provider of choice.

We're looking for someone with experience in a consumer‐facing industry such as technology, telecoms, gaming, media, or content. You'll bring sharp commercial instincts, exceptional relationship‐building skills, strong P&L ownership, and the ability to leverage partnerships in a fast‐moving, competitive market.
Qualifications- Experience: Multiple years in portfolio, business and/or commercial management in technology, telecommunications and/or content & media industries
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UK media sector alongside customer and market trends and insights
- Commercial Acumen: Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‐on execution, including P&L management and revenue forecasting
- Stakeholder Management: Experience working with external partners, content and media, distributors and cross‐functional teams
- Project Management: Ability to own, manage and successfully deliver multiple projects in a fast‐paced and ambiguous environment
- Communication & Leadership: Strong presentation, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills demonstrating executive presence
- Tenacity and Ownership: Show resilience and confidence in the face of adversity, stepping outside the status quo with bold and original ideas that create growth
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse market data, customer insights and sales performance to refine partnership strategies and plans
