You may think that a Field Service Engineer sounds technical, and in part, it is - but this role is so much more than that. It’s about connecting people with what matters most. You’ll be out and about, travelling to different locations and meeting new people every day. If you want to make a real difference, this is it. No two days are the same. One day, you could be installing cutting-edge broadband in a customer’s home; the next, you’re troubleshooting an issue and helping someone get back online and making their day. No experience? No problem. We’ll fully train and support you every step of the way through a detailed onboarding stage when you join. You’ll also have a dedicated mentor who will join you on the journey to provide you with ongoing guidance.
