As our Enterprise-wide Risk Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Virgin Media O2 Group Risk Management Team, playing a pivotal role in shaping how risk is understood, managed, and communicated across the enterprise! This role requires collaboration with partners, crafting decisions, and adapting risk practices. You’ll help build a robust risk framework, deliver insightful reporting, and champion a culture where risk is seen as a strategic enabler.
From supporting audits and developing tools to educating teams and promoting diversity of thought, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our risk ecosystem is not only effective but future‑ready.
Qualifications- Previous experience in either risk, audit, compliance, security, or another governance role.
- Risk Management qualifications.
- A highly motivated, standout colleague with a collaborative approach and ability to work autonomously.
- Highly organised approach to work with attention to detail and focus on delivering against priorities.
- A flexible approach to working and a can‑do attitude.
- Strong writing skills for report, policy and process documents, plus communications to partners.
- Strong ICT skills for data analytics, reporting and presenting data, improving processes (workflows), coordinating teamwork.
- An eye for continual process improvement.
- Proactive personal development; a desire to learn about Risk Management, internal business processes and external market risk factors.
- Excellent partner management.
- Experience with Risk Management Information Systems.
- Previous experience hosting audits.
- Experience performing market/external risk analysis.
- Experience in a Telco or similar lean fast‑paced environment.
