We’re looking for a Corporate Insurance Manager to join our Audit & Risk team within the Finance & Strategy division. The role manages Virgin Media O2's insurance programs, including end-to-end policy renewals across 17 policies, stakeholder engagement, ensuring coverage aligns with business needs, negotiating terms, managing compliance, and delivering informative reporting. The position is based in Paddington or Reading with hybrid working.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial insurance lines and policy renewals end-to-end across 17 policies.
- Ensure coverage aligns with business needs.
- Engage stakeholders and negotiate terms with insurers.
- Monitor insurance compliance and contractual obligations.
- Deliver informative reporting and data analysis using Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing multiple commercial insurance lines and policy renewals.
- Strong understanding of insurance coverage terms, limitations, and contractual obligations.
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with confidence in influencing at all levels.
- Solid knowledge of contractual and legal principles related to insurance.
- Professional qualification (ACII or equivalent).
- Experience in claims management or investigation coordination.
- Familiarity with insurer audits and risk assessments.
- Track record of driving process improvements and employing technology.
- Exposure to large, sophisticated organisations or regulated environments.
