This is a senior, influential role at the heart of our fraud function, with accountability for shaping how Virgin Media O² understands, anticipates and prevents fraud. As Head of Fraud Insight & External Partnerships, you’ll lead the insight capability across fraud, using data, analytics and industry intelligence to stay ahead of emerging threats and protect our customers and business. You’ll build and lead a high‑performing team that turns complex data into clear, actionable insight. Working closely with senior leaders and external partners, you’ll drive proactive fraud prevention, strengthen automated and investigative controls, and ensure insight is embedded across the organisation. You’ll also play a key role in industry collaboration and education, helping colleagues and customers understand fraud risks and how to stay safe.

Must Haves
