For this position, you must live in one of the following postcodes: DE11 & DE12. This role is more than a technical field service engineer – it’s about connecting people with what matters most. You’ll travel to different locations, meet new people daily, and install or troubleshoot broadband, TV and phone services. You’ll only work 4 days a week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Install and maintain broadband, TV, and phone services to customers’ homes.
  • Quickly resolve technical issues, ensuring customers stay connected.
  • Provide exceptional service so every customer is satisfied.
  • Work independently with the support of a team.

  • Confidence working at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions.
