Responsibilities
- Install and maintain broadband, TV, and phone services to customers\’ homes.
- Quickly resolve technical issues, ensuring customers stay connected to what matters most.
- Provide exceptional service that leaves every customer satisfied and smiling.
- Work independently with the backing of a supportive team, always there to help you deliver your best.
What you’ll do (continued)
You’ll be the friendly face of our brand, delivering top-notch service while tackling a variety of tasks. You may also be involved in on-site visits, troubleshooting, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. You’ll be out and about, travelling to different locations and meeting new people every day. If you want to make a real difference, this is it. No two days are the same and you’ll typically work 4 days out of 7 each week.
Qualifications
- UK manual driving licence.
- Confidence working at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Residence in one of the specified postcodes above.
- A problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping customers.
- A methodical, organised approach to work.
- The ability to be composed and adapt to any situation.
