Summary
Field Service Engineers are the friendly face of Virgin Media O2 – delivering top‑notch broadband, TV and phone services while meeting new customers across the North Cheshire area. You’ll travel to different locations, install cutting‑edge broadband in customers’ homes, troubleshoot issues on the spot and help people get back online. No two days are the same and you will work 4 days out of every 7, giving you a flexible, outdoors‑oriented role that still offers a full‑time commitment of 37.5 hours per week.
What You’ll Do
- Install and maintain broadband, TV and phone services at customers’ premises.
- Resolve technical issues quickly, ensuring customers stay connected.
- Provide exceptional service that leaves every customer satisfied and smiling.
- Work independently with support from a dedicated team and mentor throughout your training and beyond.
