Overview

Field Sales Advisor – Virgin Media O2
Salary: £26,228 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE ~£46,228). Linked to a company electric car.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be the face of Virgin Media O2, introducing customers to broadband, mobile and TV products. Your role includes:

  • Knocking on doors in your assigned patch, building rapport and identifying customer needs
  • Managing your own pipeline and following up leads
  • Treating your area like your own business to optimise commissions
  • Meeting targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels

Training & Support

Two weeks of full‑time training (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm) covering product knowledge, sales systems and on‑job learning with peer support.

Location & Schedule

  • Croydon, London
  • Full‑time: 37.5 hours per week
  • Typical shifts: 12:00pm–8:00pm

Required Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work 12:00pm–8:00pm shifts
