What you’ll be doing
- You’ll be out and about in your patch, knocking on doors and creating new opportunities from scratch. It’s about building rapport, understanding customer needs, and turning conversations into commission.
- You’ll follow up leads, manage your own pipeline, and treat your area like your own business.
- As a Field Sales Advisor, you’ll be the face of Virgin Media O2 – introducing customers to broadband, mobile and TV products. You’ll have the chance to earn uncapped commission and travel in your own electric company car.

Training & hours
- You’ll start with two weeks of full-time training (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm), covering product knowledge and sales systems. You’ll also learn on the job with ongoing support from peers.
- Full-time hours: 37.5 per week
- Typical shifts: 12:00pm–8:00pm
