Salary: £29,000 - £36,200 (£4,700 overtime, £2,500 commission). You must live in one of the following postcodes: FK7, FK8, FK9, FK10, FK11, FK12, FK13, FK15.
This role is about connecting people with what matters most. You will be out and about, travelling to different locations and meeting new people every day. If you want to make a real difference, this is it. No two days are the same. One day, you could be installing cutting-edge broadband in a customer's home; the next, you're troubleshooting an issue and helping someone get back online.
You will enjoy the freedom of working outside and experience real job progression. And the best part? You will only be working 4 days out of 7 each week. No experience? No problem. We will fully train and support you every step of the way through a detailed onboarding stage when you join. You will also have a dedicated mentor who will provide ongoing guidance.
What You’ll Do:
- Install and maintain broadband, TV, and phone services to customers' homes.
- Quickly resolve technical issues, ensuring customers stay connected.
- Provide exceptional service that leaves every customer satisfied.
- Work independently with the backing of a supportive team.
The must haves:
- A UK manual driving licence.
- Confidence working at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions.
