Summary
This Executive Assistant role sits at the centre of O2 Business, partnering closely with a senior Executive to enable high-quality decision making and ensure focus is aligned to the most critical business priorities. You will play a key role in shaping agendas, driving progress and ensuring leadership time is invested where it delivers the greatest impact. This is a highly visible and influential role, going beyond traditional EA support. You will represent the Executive in key forums, proactively manage competing priorities, and act as a trusted advisor across a complex stakeholder landscape. You will bring clarity, pace and structure to executive operations while maintaining strong governance and delivery standards.
Important: This role is office-based and requires attendance five days per week in our Battersea (London) office.

Must haves
- Significant experience supporting senior executives or directors in a complex, fast paced environment
- Proven experience operating at Executive or Board level
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape priorities
- Ability to work from the office 5 days per week as a minimum requirement
The other stuff we are looking for
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Outlook
- A professional qualification in Executive Assistant or Business Administration
- Experience in areas such as project management, HR, communications or data analysis
- Experience acting as a coach, mentor or advisor to senior leaders
- A proactive and forward thinking approach with a focus on continuous improvement
