As a Field Manager, you’ll lead a team of field technicians and partner resources to deliver outstanding installation and fault repair services for residential and small business customers.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where customer experience, operational performance, safety and team engagement all come together to help keep customers connected to the moments that matter.
Working across a geographically dispersed area, you’ll coach and develop your team, drive service quality and productivity, and build strong relationships with contractors, local authorities and internal stakeholders.
You’ll play a key role in improving customer satisfaction, supporting business growth through referrals and new business generation, and ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with regulatory and operational standards.
