As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for a Commercial Strategy Manager to help shape the future of our Consumer business. In this role, you’ll contribute to strategic projects that drive growth, improve performance, and identify new opportunities across our Fixed and Mobile services. You’ll apply strong analytical thinking, collaborate across teams, and help solve varied business challenges. Your work will help inform key decisions, and you’ll partner with colleagues across the business to turn insight into action.

Qualifications

  • Hands‑on experience building financial models and using Excel to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Ability to break down complex or ambiguous problems and understand their business implications.
  • Comfortable analysing varied data sources—from customer feedback to financials—to identify key issues and opportunities.
  • Able to plan work effectively, manage timelines, and engage stakeholders to keep projects on track.
  • Relevant experience in consulting, strategy, commercial, or similar analytical roles at Manager level.
  • Clear communication skills. Ability to craft structured, visually engaging slides and communicate insights in a way that resonates with different audiences.
  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Economics, Business, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or another analytical field.
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working as part of a close‑knit team.
  • High levels of motivation, curiosity, and a positive approach to problem‑solving.
