As a Field Sales Advisor, you'll be the face of Virgin Media O2 – introducing customers to game-changing broadband, mobile and TV products. Every conversation is a chance to make a difference and earn uncapped commission. Plus, you'll get your own electric company car to travel in style.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be out and about in your patch, knocking on doors and creating new opportunities from scratch. It's about building rapport, understanding customer needs, and turning conversations into commission. You'll follow up leads, manage your own pipeline, and treat your area like your own business.
Training & hours
You'll start with two weeks of full-time training (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm), covering everything from product knowledge to sales systems. You'll also learn on the job, with ongoing support from peers.
Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
Typical shifts: 12:00pm–8:00pm
