We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a driven B2B Business Development Manager to join our Public Sector division, focusing on our most strategic customers and prospects across Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Whether your background is purely new business or a blend of new logos and cross-selling into existing accounts, we want to hear from you — especially if you excel in working with Enterprise customers and delivering results at scale.
This hybrid role puts you in control of your diary, with the backing of a supportive team that values results over micromanagement. You’ll connect through monthly team meetings and customer visits, but how and when you work is up to you.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
- Demonstrable success in B2B sales within Telco or IT, especially in identifying and closing large, complex sales opportunities.
- Deep understanding of the dynamics in the Public Sector in Scotland and/or Northern Ireland is highly desirable.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams focused on large business opportunities, with a knack for engaging partners at all levels.
- Strong background in leading and closing substantial contracts (£500k+), with an ability to navigate complex agreements.
- Proven ability to accurately report sales forecasts using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
