Finance Graduate to get hands‑on with automation, data and future‑ready finance processes. Start salary of £35,000 plus a £2,000 joining bonus, with progression as you study for your CIMA qualification.

About the Scheme

The programme lasts three years with three 12‑month rotations across Finance departments. Rotation 1 in Management Accounting, developing core accounting skills. Rotation 2 as a Finance Business Partner. Rotation 3 in a specialist area such as Finance Transformation, Group Reporting & Technical Accounting, or Capital Allocation & Financial Planning and Analysis.

Location

First rotation based in Bradford, second and third rotations based in London or Reading.
