  • Previous success in a role requiring people management, with confidence in leading performance conversations, providing constructive feedback and addressing challenging situations; supported by the willingness to develop management capability through training and coaching.
  • Highly organised and adaptable, with proven ability to manage multiple deadlines, and meet SLA’s while working under pressure, using initiative and taking ownership of issues through to resolution.
  • Demonstrable Commercial awareness interpreting performance KPI’s and root‑cause analysis to support improvement initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence across multiple areas of the business.
  • Proven experience in identifying and managing risk, with the ability to implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and make informed decisions.
