  • Market-leading maternity, paternity, neonatal, and carers leave policies.
  • 25 days of annual leave, UK bank holidays and your birthday off. Plus, the option to buy and sell up to 5 extra days.
  • A 4-day working week – after training, you’ll work 37.5 hours across just 4 days (Monday to Saturday), with shifts ranging between 7.5 and 10 hours.
  • Up to 10% employer pension contributions and life insurance.
