We are looking for a proactive, people-focused Regional Account Executive to bring next generation connectivity to new areas and drive local awareness of our network expansion. You will be the face of Virgin Media O2 across your region, engaging residents, creating demand and building strong local relationships that help our sales teams succeed.
In this role, you will be at the heart of driving regional awareness while zeroing in on specific streets, homes and communities. You will connect directly with residents, spark meaningful conversations, and build strong local interest, leading to creating a high-quality prospect pipeline that empowers our sales teams to deliver even greater results.
You will spend five days a week out in the field, representing the business at organised events, community engagement activities, and delivering targeted local initiatives aligned to our priorities. One day each month will be dedicated to planning, admin and refining your approach to maximise impact.
Training and Hours
- You will start with two weeks of full-time training (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm), covering everything from product knowledge to systems.
- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week across 5 days, you must be able to work weekends when required.
- Typical shifts: 9am - 5.30pm (travel time may be outside of these hours).
This is a field-based role across your assigned region, focused on direct engagement with customers and communities. Most of your time will be spent in the field supporting local activity and engagement. On occasion you may need to travel up to 2 hours each way, and if outside your working hours you will receive time in lieu. Regular event attendance, local outreach and community initiatives are expected, with flexibility required to support regional priorities.
