About the role As a Field Sales Advisor, youll represent Virgin Media O2 out in local communities, introducing customers to our broadband, mobile and TV entertainment services that can make a real difference to everyday life.
Work independently in your allocated patch, speaking with customers door to door Build rapport quickly and confidently with a wide range of people Understand customer needs and recommend the right broadband, mobile and TV entertainment packages Clearly explain pricing, deals and benefits Manage your own workload from first conversation through to close Take ownership of your results, targets and earning potential Youll be supported from day one.
Youll start with a two-week, full-time induction (Monday Friday, 9am5pm), covering product knowledge, systems and sales skills.
