About the role
We're seeking a Senior Performance Manager to lead performance insight across Retail & Field Sales. This role sits at the centre of commercial decision‑making, translating data into insight that drives revenue growth, productivity and sustainable performance improvement.
You'll lead a team of analysts and performance specialists, working closely with Sales, Commercial, Finance and Operations teams to identify opportunities, manage risk, and optimise performance levers including incentives and commission schemes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high‑performing performance team delivering clear, commercially focused insight
- Analyse revenue‑generating KPIs to identify trends, risks and opportunities across Retail & Field Sales
- Review and optimise incentive and commission frameworks to drive effective behaviours and results
- Partner with senior stakeholders to influence strategy and ensure insights translate into action
- Own performance reporting and governance, ensuring accuracy, consistency and impact measurement
About you
- Experienced performance or commercial leader with strong analytical and strategic capability
- Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of sales performance drivers and incentives
- Confident leader and communicator, able to influence at senior levels
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Tableau experience desirable
