This is an opportunity to step into a live, customer critical product area and make an immediate impact. As Product Owner for Virgin Media In-Life Stores, you will own and evolve the Virgin Media Movers digital journey, supporting fixed customers through one of the most important moments in their relationship with us. This is a 12 month fixed term maternity cover, inheriting an established roadmap, an active squad and engaged stakeholders, where pace, clarity and confidence really matter. You will be accountable for backlog ownership, prioritisation and delivery across the end to end journey, working closely with engineering, QA, design and analytics within a cross functional team. You will act as the product expert, balancing customer value, commercial goals and technical constraints, while using data and insight to guide decisions. Building trust quickly, maintaining momentum and keeping everyone aligned will be central to your success in this role.
The must haves
- Proven experience delivering customer facing digital or eCommerce self serve experiences
- Strong backlog management and prioritisation skills in a fast moving environment
- Experience writing clear, high quality user stories and acceptance criteria
- Confident stakeholder management skills across commercial and technology teams
- A data driven approach to product decision making and prioritisation
The other stuff we are looking for
- Experience working within subscription based or telco environments
- Familiarity with journey analytics, KPIs and experimentation techniques
- Experience improving digital conversion, contact reduction or customer lifetime value
- Exposure to tools such as GA4, Tableau or ContentSquare
- Experience working within established product teams or live roadmaps
