As a Credit Risk System and Strategy Analyst, you will help shape how data driven decisions are made across our consumer credit portfolio.
You will support the development and optimisation of credit risk systems and strategies, helping to balance risk and reward while enabling sustainable growth across Virgin Media O2 Fixed and Consumer Mobile.
Working closely with Credit Risk, Technology and Data teams, you will translate business requirements into practical system and strategy solutions.
You will be involved in building and configuring decisioning strategies, executing detailed testing, analysing performance and identifying opportunities to improve outcomes.
From supporting change delivery through to monitoring impact, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and innovation in our credit risk approach.

- Strong analytical skills with experience handling and interpreting complex data
- Experience using SQL, SAS, Big Query or similar analytical tools alongside advanced Excel
- Experience working with credit bureau data such as Experian, Equifax or Trans Union
- Experience delivering or supporting system or strategy change within a regulated environment
- Experience with API or system testing tools such as Postman or SOAP The other stuff we are looking for
- Experience with Power Curve Originations, Strategy Design Studio or similar decisioning platforms
- Understanding of credit risk and fraud strategies including early life risk
- Knowledge of scorecards, risk models and performance monitoring
- Experience working with multi bureau decisioning strategies
